Day Shift is 7:00am-7:00pm, weekend rotation
Duties: The Patient Access Representative is the first point of contact in a patient’s healthcare journey. They are responsible for collecting and entering correct demographic and insurance information into the CMH database. They are also responsible for scheduling appointments for patients, answering the hospital or clinic switchboard, and escorting patients to the appropriate location, when needed. Applicant must possess excellent customer service and computer skills as well as the ability to multi-task and close attention to detail.
